Maayo Shipping Summer Promo Terms and Conditions
PROMO PERIOD
- The discounted rates under the Summer Promo are valid for bookings made from April 6, 2025, to July 31, 2025.
- Travel period is from April 6, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
ELIGIBLE ROUTE
- Tampi to Bato (and vice versa)
- Sibulan to Liloan (and vice versa)
ELIGIBILITY: The promo is applicable exclusively to:
- Individual passengers
- Owners of private vehicles (small, medium, and large)
- Motorcycles (regular motorbikes, big bikes)
BOARDING POLICY
- Boarding is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Arrive at the port at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
- If the ferry reaches full capacity, you will be prioritized for the next available trip.
DISCOUNTED RATES
- Bookings under the Summer Promo come with reduced fares.
- Administrative, service, and convenience fees will be applied upon checkout.
QR CODE REQUIREMENT: QR Code verification will be conducted by a Tagger/Scanner during the boarding process, who will:
- Validate the e-ticket and QR Code.
- Ensure that excess passengers have their individual QR Codes.
- For vehicles, a QR Code includes up to 2 free passengers. Excess passengers are required to pay and obtain separate QR Codes.
ONLINE E-TICKET VALIDITY
- Just like the current ticketing system, e-tickets are valid 24 hours from the time/date of the declared travel details.
- Should there be changes in your travel plans, inform any of the port personnel to direct you to the IT officer for eticket details change.
- To avoid inconvenience during boarding process, vehicle owners are expected to declare the correct and actual details reflected in the e-ticket to that of the vehicle intended to board on the selected time/date as validation procedures will be done by the taggers/scanners.
